Can I upload a finished song with vocals recorded?

Uploading a full song means you own the full rights to use it. You also have the full permission of the artist/vocalist to use the song to represent your work.

Can I upload a remix?

Depends, usually the answer is no because a lot of remixed songs are not consented for. The only occasion where you are allowed this is if you (the producer/engineer) have the permission from the rightful owner to remix a song and to represent it as your own work.
